How we make a key with no original to copy
We don't need your old key. We read the lock's code directly from the car — either by decoding the door lock, or by pulling the key data from the vehicle's system through the OBD port — then cut a fresh blade to factory specification. The immobiliser is then taught to recognise the new key, and any old keys can be erased from the car's memory so they can never start it.

Will the lost key still be able to start my car?
