How it works
- Call us with your location and car details
- We travel to you
- We verify the car is yours with photo ID
- We open it using non-destructive entry tools
- You check everything works, then pay
Why it happens
- Keys locked in the boot
- Key fob battery died
- Central locking fault
- Keys left inside and doors auto-locked
What you'll need ready
- Photo ID — driving licence or passport.
- Proof the car is yours — usually the V5C logbook, or a purchase invoice plus ID.
- The car itself — we work where it sits. No need for a tow.
We check this on every job. It's what stops a stranger driving off with your car.
What it costs
It depends on the car — anyone quoting one flat price without asking the make and model is guessing. What moves the price:
- Time of day — nights and bank holidays can cost more
- Your location and how easy the car is to reach
- Car make and lock type
Typical range: £TODO_OWNER to £TODO_OWNER. We confirm the exact figure on the phone before we set off — no surprises when we arrive.
Before you call anyone
- We agree the price before we set off — no surprises when we arrive.
- We open cars without damage — no broken windows, no scratched paint.
- We check ID and ownership on every single job.
- If we can't do your car, we'll tell you on the phone — not after we've arrived.
