1. Service Provider

These terms govern the provision of automotive locksmith services by Auto Locksmith Birmingham, located at 35 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B4 6EQ. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide automotive locksmith services including but not limited to: car key replacement, vehicle lockout assistance, transponder key programming, ignition repair, and broken key extraction.

3. Proof of Ownership Requirement

This is a non-negotiable requirement. We will not carry out any work on a vehicle unless the customer provides acceptable proof of ownership. This includes a valid V5C logbook, current insurance certificate showing your name and the vehicle details, or a hire/lease agreement. Failure to provide ownership proof will result in refusal of service.

4. Pricing and Payment

• We provide a fixed price quote before commencing any work
• There are no call-out fees or hidden charges
• Payment is due on completion of work
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer
• Quoted prices are valid for the duration of the appointment

5. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. We take all reasonable care to avoid damage to vehicles during service provision.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a booked appointment at any time before our technician arrives at your location. Once a technician is en route, a reasonable call-out charge may apply. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time without liability.

7. Guarantee

All work carried out by our technicians is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service. If you experience any issue with work we have carried out within this period, contact us and we will rectify the issue at no additional charge.
